Group Therapy
As a microcosm of reality, therapy groups are an ideal setting in which to share experiences and solve real problems. Often, people hold the mistaken belief that groups are only useful in improving socialization skills. However, when used effectively, they provide a way for people to identify and deal with their own emotional issues and limitations. The group, facilitated by the therapist, becomes a helping system.
Groups are formed to meet the needs of those sharing common issues and experiences.
If you are interested in forming a group, please contact me.
